Avocado Blueberry Smoothie

This Avocado Blueberry Smoothie is a creamy, nutrient-packed blend with a beautiful purple hue from blueberries and the rich texture of avocado. Naturally sweetened with banana, it’s both satisfying and refreshing.

For a Serving Size of Two:

Ingredients:

  • 1 small ripe avocado (about 100 grams)
  • 100 grams fresh blueberries
  • 200 ml coconut
  • 1 small banana (about 80 grams)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2-3 ice cubes

Procedure:

  1. In a blender, add the avocado, blueberries, coconut water, and banana.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add more coconut water for a thinner consistency if desired.
  3. Add chia seeds, and pulse briefly to combine.
  4. Pour into glasses, add ice cubes if desired, and enjoy immediately.
