Berry Almond Smoothie

The Berry Almond Smoothie is a delightful and nutritious blend that brings together the vibrant flavors of mixed berries and the creaminess of almond butter. This smoothie is perfect for a quick breakfast or a refreshing snack, packed with antioxidants and healthy fats.

For a Serving Size of Two:

Ingredients:

  • 150 grams mixed berries
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 medium ripe banana (approximately 100 grams)
  • 20 grams almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoons chopped almond
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes

Procedure:
