Berry Almond Smoothie

For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 150 grams mixed berries
- 200 ml milk
- 1 medium ripe banana (approximately 100 grams)
- 20 grams almond butter
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoons chopped almond
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Ice cubes
Procedure:
- In a blender, combine the mixed berries, almond milk, banana, almond butter, chia seeds, and vanilla extract.
- If you prefer a colder smoothie, add a few ice cubes to the blender.
- Blend on high until all ingredients are well combined and the smoothie reaches a creamy consistency.
- Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately, garnished with a few extra berries and chopped almonds.
