Coconut Lemonade

For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 300 ml coconut water.
- 100 ml freshly squeezed lime juice.
- 2 teaspoons of honey
- Ice cubes.
- Lime slices for garnish
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Procedure:
- Combine the coconut water, lime juice, and honey in a glass. Stir well until the honey is completely dissolved.
- Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey if desired.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the coconut limeade over the ice.
- Garnish each glass with a lime slice and a sprig of fresh mint leaves.
