Coconut Lemonade

Coconut, the versatile tropical fruit, has fascinated cultures worldwide for centuries. For a Serving Size of Two:

Ingredients:

  • 300 ml coconut water.
  • 100 ml freshly squeezed lime juice.
  • 2 teaspoons of honey 
  • Ice cubes.
  • Lime slices for garnish
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Procedure:

  1. Combine the coconut water, lime juice, and honey in a glass. Stir well until the honey is completely dissolved.
  2. Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey if desired.
  3. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the coconut limeade over the ice.
  4. Garnish each glass with a lime slice and a sprig of fresh mint leaves.
