Cucumber Lemonade

This Cucumber Lemonade is a refreshing twist on a classic, perfect for hot days. The cool cucumber and zesty lemon create a crisp, hydrating drink that’s mildly sweet and slightly tangy.

For a Serving Size of Two:

Ingredients:

  • 150 grams peeled and chopped cucumber
  • 1 large lemon (about 40 ml juice), juiced
  • 400 ml cold water
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional, adjust to taste)
  • A pinch of salt
  • Ice cubes, as needed
  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

Procedure:

  1. In a blender, add the cucumber and 200 ml of cold water. Blend until smooth.
  2. Strain the cucumber juice into a pitcher to remove any pulp.
  3. Add the lemon juice, remaining water, honey (if using), and a pinch of salt to the cucumber juice. Stir well until everything is combined.
  4. Pour into glasses over ice, garnish with fresh mint leaves, and enjoy immediately.
