Grapefruit Ginger Drink

Everyone must be aware that smoking takes a toll on the body and there are also some damages that one doesn’t notice that includes the different perceptions of smell and taste. To combat that and helps the body with antioxidants try this grapefruit ginger drink to regain the pleasure of eating.

Nutritional benefits:- Grapefruit is full of antioxidants, fiber, and vitamins that benefit the immune system and improve heart health. Ginger is good in antioxidants that improve digestive health. lemon is a great source of vitamin C that promotes hydration and helps protect the body’s cells.

 

Ingredients:-

 

  • 15 grams ginger
  • 10 grams pineapple
  • 40 grams grapefruit
  • 1 lemon
  • 5-6 mint leaves
  • A pinch of salt

Fat:- 0.3 Kcal ( 0 g)

Carbohydrates:13.8 Kcal (10g)

Protein:- 1.3 Kcal (0 g)

 

Directions

  1. Take a blender and mix all the ingredients except the mint leaves.
  2. Serve chilled by garnishing with some mint leaves.
