Green Detox Juice

For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 100 grams roughly chopped cucumber
- 50 grams spinach leaves
- 50 grams kale leaves
- 1 green apple (about 120 grams)
- 1 celery stalk (about 30 grams)
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1-inch piece ginger
- 300 ml cold water or coconut water
Procedure:
- Wash and chop all ingredients as needed.
- Add cucumber, spinach, kale, green apple, celery, lemon juice, ginger, and cold water to a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the juice through a fine-mesh strainer or cheesecloth for a smoother texture, pressing out as much juice as possible.
- Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately to retain maximum nutrients.
