Mango Pineapple Smoothie

This Mango Pineapple Smoothie is a tropical delight that’s creamy, naturally sweet, and refreshing, with no added sugars. Perfect as a morning boost or a cooling afternoon treat.

For a Serving Size of Two:

Ingredients:

  • 150 grams peeled and chopped mango
  • 100 grams chopped pineapple
  • 200 ml coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2-3 ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Procedure:

  1. In a blender, add the mango, pineapple, and coconut water.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a thicker texture, add more fruit; for a thinner consistency, add more liquid.
  3. Add chia seeds, if desired, and pulse a few times to mix.
  4. Pour the smoothie into glasses over ice if desired. Garnish with fresh mint leaves for an added touch.
