Mango Pineapple Smoothie

For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 150 grams peeled and chopped mango
- 100 grams chopped pineapple
- 200 ml coconut water
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2-3 ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Procedure:
- In a blender, add the mango, pineapple, and coconut water.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a thicker texture, add more fruit; for a thinner consistency, add more liquid.
- Add chia seeds, if desired, and pulse a few times to mix.
- Pour the smoothie into glasses over ice if desired. Garnish with fresh mint leaves for an added touch.
