Mango Smoothie Jar

For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 200 grams peeled and diced mango
- 150 grams plain yogurt
- 100 ml coconut water
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional, depending on sweetness of mango)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- A pinch of salt
Procedure:
- In a blender, combine the diced mango, yogurt, coconut water , chia seeds, honey (if using), lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a chilled smoothie, add ice cubes to the blender and blend again.
- Divide the smoothie evenly between two jars. If desired, you can create layers by adding some of the mango puree at the bottom and topping it with the smoothie mix.
- For extra flavor and visual appeal, you can top the smoothie with a sprinkle of chia seeds or a few diced mango pieces.
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to chill before serving, or enjoy immediately.
