Refreshing Indian Black Jamun Cooler

For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 200 grams black jamun (Indian blackberry)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black salt
- 1 teaspoon jaggery
- 500 ml cold water
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Procedure:
- Wash the jamun thoroughly, then deseed them and mash them in a bowl until pulpy.
- Using a strainer, press the pulp to extract the juice into a bowl, discarding any solids or seeds.
- In a jug, combine the jamun juice with cold water, lemon juice, roasted cumin powder, black salt, and jaggery powder. Stir well until the jaggery is dissolved.
- Pour into glasses over ice cubes for extra coolness, garnish with fresh mint leaves, and enjoy this vibrant, tangy cooler!
