Strawberry Protein Shake

For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 200 grams fresh strawberries
- 300 ml milk
- 1 ripe banana (about 100 grams),
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Ice cubes
Procedure:
- Slice the strawberries and banana for easier blending.
- In a blender, add the strawberries, milk, banana, protein powder, chia seeds, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add ice cubes if you prefer a colder and thicker shake, and blend again briefly.
- Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately for the best flavor and freshness.
