Strawberry Protein Shake

This Strawberry Protein Shake is a creamy, nutrient-packed shake that’s perfect for a post-workout boost or a quick breakfast. The sweetness of strawberries and banana pairs perfectly with a hint of vanilla, creating a naturally sweet, satisfying, and wholesome drink.

For a Serving Size of Two:

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams fresh strawberries
  • 300 ml milk
  • 1 ripe banana (about 100 grams),
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes

Procedure:

  1. Slice the strawberries and banana for easier blending.
  2. In a blender, add the strawberries, milk, banana, protein powder, chia seeds, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
