Turmeric Coconut Water with Lemon and Mint is a revitalizing drink that combines the hydrating properties of coconut water with the anti-inflammatory benefits of turmeric. For a Serving Size of Two:

Ingredients:

  • 400 ml coconut water
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder (or 10 grams fresh turmeric, grated)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 10-15 fresh mint leaves
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Procedure:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut water and turmeric powder (or fresh grated turmeric). Stir well to ensure the turmeric is fully dissolved.
  2. Squeeze the lemon juice into the coconut water mixture and stir until combined.
