Sunflower Seed Milk

Sunflower seed milk is a great non-dairy milk that is less expensive and more satisfying to drink. It is great when used in smoothies or shakes.

Sunflower seeds are good in protein. They help in boosting immunity as they are good in selenium and zinc. They are good in fiber and help in reducing cholesterol.

Ingredients:

  • 40 grams raw unsalted sunflower seeds
  • 4-5 cups of water

Method:
