Superseed Chocolate Bar is a delectable, nutrient-packed treat that combines rich dark chocolate with a variety of seeds, nuts, and dried berries. This easy-to-make recipe offers a delicious way to enjoy the benefits of superfoods in a convenient, portable bar.
For a Serving Size of Two Bars:
Ingredients:
- 150 grams dark chocolate
- 20 grams chopped hazelnuts
- 50 grams dried berries (such as raisins, strawberries, blueberries)
- 15 grams chopped almonds
- 15 grams chia seeds
- 15 grams pumpkin seeds
Procedure:
- Take a bowl and add chocolate chips to it.
- On a medium flame, keep a pot filled with water and bring to boil. Now place the choco chip bowl on the top of it.
- Stir the chocolate with the help of spatula repeatedly so that the chocolate melts easily.
- Take off the bowl from the flame. Meanwhile, line a rectangular pan with the parchment paper.
- Now spread the chocolate evenly with the help of spatula into a rectangular dish.
- Sprinkle all the nuts and seeds and berries and place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Your super seed bar is ready. Cut into desired shapes and enjoy.
