CARROT ROLLS

Ingredients:

Boiled potatoes-150g

Boiled sweet potatoes-75g

Granted carrot-60g

Finely chopped capsicum- 50g

Finely chopped green chillies- 1 to 2

Grated ginger- 1 tsp

Coriander leaves- 2 tbsp

Cheese-30g

Bread- 2 slices

 

Method:

  1. Peel & mash potatoes,sweet potatoes.
  2. Mix and blend all the ingredients.
  3. Shape into medium size rolls
  4. Roll in a mixture of makai atta and bread crumbs.
  5. Deep fry and serve hot with mint chutney.

Protein: 4.15g Fat: 0.94g
