The Sweet and Salty Trail Mix is a delightful blend of crunchy nuts, chewy dried fruits, and rich dark chocolate chips. This mix combines almonds, walnuts, cashews, dried apricots, and a sprinkle of sea salt, offering a satisfying balance of sweet and salty flavors. It’s perfect as a standalone snack or a tasty topping for yogurt or oatmeal.
For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 20 grams almonds
- 20 grams walnuts
- 20 grams cashews
- 20 grams chopped dried apricots
- 20 grams dark chocolate chips
- 10 grams pumpkin seeds
- 10 grams sunflower seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Procedure:
- In a large bowl, combine all the nuts, dried fruits, chocolate chips, and seeds.
- If desired, sprinkle with sea salt and mix well to ensure even distribution.
