Sweet Carrot Eyes

Sweet carrot eyes are loved by all and are the perfect breakfast or snack recipe. These are very versatile and different veggies as per the preference can be used and served along with yogurt dip. This is a great way to add veggies in a fun way in a kid’s diet.

Carrots are very nutritious and help in slowing the damage to skin, eyes and immune system as it is rich in antioxidants. It provides various health benefits such as lowers blood cholesterol, aids weight loss

Ingredients:

  • 50 grams carrot
  • 5 grams cream cheese
  • 5-6 black olives

Method:

  • Start by washing and peeling the carrots. Then cut the carrots into thick rounds.
  • Place the cream cheese in a piping bag and place some amount on each carrot round to form white part of the eye.
  • Slice the olives onto rounds and place on the cream cheese to form the centre; serve this creative healthy snack.
