Sweet potato tostadas are a snack which is a perfect treat to your taste buds. Loaded with vegetables like zucchini they are easy to make yet healthy snack to try your hands upon and get filled with the amazing mouth-watering experience.

Ingredients
- 1 medium sized sweet potato
- 20 grams zucchini
- 20 grams boiled beans
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper as per taste
- 5 grams parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 20 grams onion,10 grams avocados,20 grams tomato (for toppings)

Method
- To begin with, heat the oven to 425-degree F.
- In a saucepan, heat oil and grated sweet potato, chopped zucchini beans and spices. Cook until vegetables are tender.
- Now lay the tostadas shells on the baking sheet and pour the mixture inside the shells.
- Grate the cheese from the top and bake for 5 minutes until the cheese melts.
- Take them out and top with chopped onions, tomatoes and avocados.
- Serve and enjoy.
