Thai Turmeric Chicken Salad

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams boneless diced chicken breast

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 100 grams mixed salad greens
  • 50 grams sliced cucumber
  • 50 grams shredded carrots
  • 50 grams halved cherry tomatoes
  • 20 grams chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Procedure:

  • In a bowl, combine the diced chicken with olive oil, turmeric powder, garlic powder, ginger powder, black pepper, and salt. Toss well to coat the chicken evenly with the spices.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for about 6-8 minutes, or until fully cooked and golden brown. Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking. Remove from heat and set aside to cool slightly.
