The Berry Berry Yoghurt Parfait is a delightful and nutritious dessert that showcases the vibrant flavors of fresh berries. This layered treat combines creamy yogurt with juicy berries and crunchy granola, making it a perfect breakfast option or a healthy snack. For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 200 grams plain yogurt
- 50 grams chopped mixed berries (e.g., strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 20 grams granola
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 10 grams chopped nuts (e.g., almonds, walnuts, for garnish)
- A pinch of cinnamon powder
Procedure:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the plain yogurt, vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
- In serving glasses or bowls, layer the yogurt mixture at the bottom.
- Add a layer of mixed berries on top of the yogurt, followed by a layer of granola.
