Ingredients:
- 100 grams chopped spinach
- 100 grams chopped kale
- 50 grams grated carrots, grated
- 50 grams diced red bell pepper
- 50 grams lightly steamed broccoli florets
- 30 grams pumpkin seeds
- 80 grams diced avocado
- 1 segmented orange
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and black pepper to taste
