The Fruity Kabobs

The Fruity Kabobs are a vibrant and refreshing way to enjoy a variety of fruits. For a Serving Size of Two:

Ingredients:

  • 100 grams pineapple chunks
  • 150 grams hulled strawberries
  • 100 grams halved grapes
  • 1 medium sliced banana
  • 50 grams peeled and sliced kiwi
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Procedure:

  • Wash all the fruit thoroughly. Peel and slice the kiwi and banana as needed. Hull the strawberries.
