The Fruity Kabobs are a vibrant and refreshing way to enjoy a variety of fruits. Featuring juicy pineapple, sweet strawberries, succulent grapes, creamy banana, and tangy kiwi, these kabobs are as visually appealing as they are delicious. Garnished with fresh mint leaves, they make for a perfect light snack or a delightful addition to any gathering.
For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 100 grams pineapple chunks
- 150 grams hulled strawberries
- 100 grams halved grapes
- 1 medium sliced banana
- 50 grams peeled and sliced kiwi
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Procedure:
- Wash all the fruit thoroughly. Peel and slice the kiwi and banana as needed. Hull the strawberries.
- Using skewers, alternate the fruit pieces onto the skewers. For a colorful presentation, arrange the fruit in a pattern or randomly.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves if using. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator until ready to enjoy.
