Thyroid Relieving Smoothie

This Thyroid Relieving Smoothie is a nutrient-packed blend designed to support thyroid health. It combines the natural sweetness of bananas and blueberries with the leafy goodness of spinach, enhanced by the richness of chia and flaxseeds. Spirulina and coconut oil add a boost of beneficial fats and minerals, making this smoothie both delicious and nourishing.

For a Serving Size of Two:

Ingredients:

  • 100 grams banana, sliced and frozen
  • 15 grams spinach leaves
  • 40 grams blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon spirulina powder
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil

Procedure:

  1. Slice and freeze the banana if not already done. Wash and measure the spinach leaves and blueberries.
  2. In a blender, combine the frozen banana slices, spinach leaves, blueberries, chia seeds, ground flaxseeds, cinnamon powder, and spirulina powder.
  3. Pour in the almond milk and add the coconut oil.
  4. Blend all the ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more almond milk to reach the desired consistency.
  5. Pour the smoothie into a glass. Enjoy this nutrient-packed smoothie immediately!
