Ingredients:
For Orange Lassi
- 20 grams chopped papaya
- 30 grams yogurt
- 1 date(optional)
For White Lassi
- 30 grams yogurt
- 1 teaspoon date (optional)
For Green Lassi
- 20 grams spinach
- 20 grams green grapes
- 30 grams yogurt
- 1 date (optional)

Method:
- Take a mixer and add a seedless date with yogurt to make a white lassi.
- Blend to form a lassi texture.
- To make orange lassi, blend papaya, yogurt, and date in a blender to form lassi.
- Similarly mix spinach, grapes, yogurt, and date in a blender and blend to form a green lassi
- Serve it in 3 different glasses
