Tofu Stir-Fry

An enjoyable recipe to savor the taste buds and your soul. Tofu gives the softness, veggies are there for crunch and the sauces put all the flavors together. This will make for an amazing main meal. Any meal, it is just perfect in terms of nutrition and taste. This recipe will neither hurt any animal nor your weight loss goals, so go for it!
For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 100 grams tofu, cubed
- 100 grams mushrooms, sliced
- 100 grams capsicum, sliced
- 50 grams broccoli
- 7 – 8 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Spring onion, chopped (for garnish)
- 1 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Procedure:
- Heat some oil in a pan, stir fry tofu until a little brown.
- In the same oil, put garlic, then add capsicum, mushrooms and broccoli, with some salt.
- Saute all of them for about 5 minutes.
- Add the stir-fried tofu.
- To this add the soya sauce and orange juice.
- Let them cook for about 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with sesame seeds, spring onion, and serve.
