Tomato White Bean Garlic Soup

Tomato white bean and garlic soup have rich and complex flavors. The tomato white bean garlic soup gives a very creamy flavor to the soup and does not require that much time to prepare.

Ingredients:

  • 10 grams garlic
  • ½ teaspoon olive oil
  • 15 grams white beans
  • 15 grams tomato
  • 100 ml vegetable stock
  • Salt and pepper as per taste

Method:

  • Start by peeling the garlic and smashing them flat.
  • Take a saucepan and heat some oil on medium flame. Add in the crushed garlic and saute for 3-4 minutes.
  • Then add in the white beans, crushed tomatoes, vegetable stock, salt, and pepper. Allow it to cook for 15- 20 minutes or until it thickens.
  • Blend the soup using a blender carefully to form a slurry and season with salt and pepper to adjust the taste and serve.
