Ingredients:
- 10 grams garlic
- ½ teaspoon olive oil
- 15 grams white beans
- 15 grams tomato
- 100 ml vegetable stock
- Salt and pepper as per taste

Method:
- Start by peeling the garlic and smashing them flat.
- Take a saucepan and heat some oil on medium flame. Add in the crushed garlic and saute for 3-4 minutes.
- Then add in the white beans, crushed tomatoes, vegetable stock, salt, and pepper. Allow it to cook for 15- 20 minutes or until it thickens.
- Blend the soup using a blender carefully to form a slurry and season with salt and pepper to adjust the taste and serve.
