Tri-Colour Paneer Skewer

Tricolor paneer skewer is double in nutrition and great to be consumed as a snack and is a great add-on as party appetizers. The skewer is prepared by coating the paneer with different marinades and then serving them with a crisp salad for a perfect weeknight dinner.

Paneer is also a protein source and besides being delicious, it is good in calcium that supports bone development. Yogurt is good for gut health. Bell pepper is low in calories and good in vitamin A and potassium. Pesto is good in antioxidants and a good source of calcium. Tahini is good in manganese and phosphorus and helps in bone health.
Ingredients:
- 150 grams low fat paneer
First Marination
- 5 grams fresh basil pesto
- 20 grams low-fat yogurt
- 3-4 pieces green bell pepper
- Salt and pepper as per taste
Second Marination
- 20 grams low-fat yogurt
- 5 grams tahini
- ½ teaspoon cardamom powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 3-4 pieces squared cut onions
- Salt and pepper as per taste
Third Marination
- 20 grams low-fat yogurt
- 5 grams sundried tomato pesto
- ½ teaspoon lemon juice
- 3-4 pieces red bell pepper
- Salt and pepper as per taste

Method:
- Prepare the marination in different bowls as per the marination types mentioned above.
- Start by marinating equal amounts of paneer in all the three marinations prepared for about 3-4 hours or overnight.
- Brush some oil on the skewer and add in the paneer along with the veggie marination and transfer to the oven.
- Cook at 180 degrees Celsius for about 5- 10 minutes and serve along with grilled veggies, lemon, and marinated onions.
