Ingredients
- 40 grams Eggplant (Brinjal)
- 1teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon Ginger powder
- ½ teaspoon Chat masala
- Salt and pepper as per taste
- Oil for Pan-frying

Method
- Take all the spices together in a bowl and mix them thoroughly.

- Serve hot with your chapattis.
