Vegan Stuffed Avocado

Vegan stuffed Avocado is an amazing go to meal to kick start your day with. It is a wholesome snack filled with the goodness of various vitamins and minerals.

Nutritional benefits:
Avocado fruit is rich in potassium and is loaded with fiber content which helps in digestion. It also contains fatty acids which are good for controlling Cholesterol and other heart problems.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Avocado (sliced in half and seeds removed)
  • 10 grams tomatoes
  • 10 grams cucumbers
  • 10 grams bell peppers
  • 10 grams onion
  • 1 jalapeno
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

  • Wash and finely dice all the vegetables.

  • Fill the avocado with vegetables and top with salt and pepper and lime juice.
