Couscous helps in boosting your immune system. It is a healthy alternative to pasta which makes it a low-calorie food with a good amount of fibre.
Ingredients:
- 20 grams tomatoes (chopped)
- 10 grams black beans (boiled)
- 10 grams kidney beans (boiled)
- 10 grams couscous (boiled)
- 20 grams onion (chopped)
- 20 grams bell peppers (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon cilantro leaves
- Salt & pepper as per taste

Method:
- Firstly, in a cooker combine all the ingredients except couscous and spices. Cover and cook on a low flame for 10 minutes.
- Then add couscous and cook until its tender.
- Now before serving, add all the spices and season with salt, pepper & cilantro leaves.
