Bell peppers are rich in vitamin A, vitamin C and potassium. They also are a fair source of fiber, folate and iron. Onions have antioxidants within them. It also contains certain components which are said to reduce inflammation in the body.
Ingredients:
- Cabbage – 20 grams
- Onion – 20 grams
- Red Bell peppers – 10 grams
- Yellow Bell peppers – 10 grams
- Green Bell peppers – 10 grams
- 1 teaspoon White vinegar
- ½ teaspoon coconut sugar
- Salt and pepper as per taste
- Olive Oil – 1 teaspoon

Method:
- Heat olive oil in a wok over high heat flame.
- Wash all the vegetables such as onion, bell peppers and green cabbage.
- Once cooked, add vinegar, coconut sugar, olive oil into it.
- Stir fry for 5-8 minutes until the vegetables soften. Add salt and pepper as per taste
- Serve hot and sprinkle seasonings and herbs to enhance flavour.
