Warm Vegetable Grain Salad

This Warm Vegetable Grain Salad is a nourishing and satisfying dish that combines hearty grains with vibrant vegetables. For a Serving Size of Two:

Ingredients:

  • 120 grams cooked quinoa
  • 100 grams diced bell peppers (mixed colors)
  • 100 grams diced zucchini
  • 100 grams halved cherry tomatoes
  • 50 grams diced red onion
  • 50 grams baby spinach
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Procedure:
