Wood Apple Sorbet

For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 200 grams ripe wood apple pulp
- 100 ml water
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- A pinch of salt
Procedure:
- In a blender, combine the wood apple pulp, water, honey, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a shallow container and place it in the freezer. Stir every 30 minutes to break up any ice crystals until the mixture is frozen and fluffy (about 2-3 hours).
- Once the sorbet has a fluffy texture, scoop it into bowls and serve immediately. You can garnish with mint leaves if desired.
