Yogurt Berry Parfait

Indulge in a delicious and healthy yogurt berry parfait that’s perfect for any time of the day. Alternate layers of granola and yogurt create a pleasing texture contrast, and the finish with a sprinkle of chia seeds on top is like a cherry on the icing. For a Serving Size of Two:

Ingredients: 

  • 150 grams greek yoghurt
  • 50 grams defrosted frozen strawberries in juice
  • 50 grams blackberries, raspberries or blueberries
  • 60 grams granola
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Procedure:

  • Layer a little bit of yogurt into the bottom of the glass.
  • Combine defrosted strawberries and juice with fresh berries.
  • Alternate layers of fruit and granola with yogurt until glasses are filled to the top.
  • Serve parfaits immediately to keep granola crunchy.
  • Top it up with chia seeds!
