Ingredients:

  • 200 grams diced avocado
  • 100 grams diced cucumber

  • 50 grams finely chopped red onion
  • 40 grams chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon finely minced garlic

Procedure:

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced avocado, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro.
