Avocado Milkshake

For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe avocado
- 300 ml milk
- 1 banana (about 100 grams), ripe
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
- 4-5 ice cubes
Procedure:
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh.
- Peel the banana and cut it into slices.
- In a blender, add the avocado flesh, banana slices, milk, and honey if using.
- Add the ice cubes for a chilled, creamy texture.
- Blend all the ingredients until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Pour the avocado milkshake into two glasses.
- Serve immediately, garnished with a mint leaf if desired.
