Banana Hazelnut Semolina Porridge

The goodness of banana and hazelnut combined with the semolina porridge makes it a perfect combination for breakfast or snack for all ages of people. Top it with your favourite fruits and berries and there you are good to give the nutrition bowl to your kids or yourself soothing your taste buds!
For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 60 grams semolina
- 100 grams banana (2 medium sized bananas)
- 300 ml milk
- 50 ml water
- 2 teaspoon ghee
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- A pinch of cinnamon powder
- 15 grams chopped hazelnut
Procedure:
- Heat a saucepan and combine all the ingredients (milk, water, ghee, cinnamon and salt) and let it boil at medium flame.
- After some time switch off the flame and add in semolina with constant whisking to avoid the formation of lumps.
- When the mixture is properly whisked, boil the porridge on medium flame and cover it until it thickens for about 15-20 minutes
- Garnish it well with bananas and hazelnut and serve hot!
