Crispy Chicken and Avocado Rolls are a satisfying and nutritious meal option. These rolls feature tender, seasoned chicken breast and creamy avocado wrapped in whole wheat tortillas. The light toasting adds a delightful crunch, while the Greek yogurt provides a cool, creamy dip. This recipe combines lean protein and healthy fats for a balanced and tasty dish.

Ingredients:
- 200 grams cooked and shredded chicken breast
- 1 ripe peeled and sliced avocado
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 large whole wheat tortillas
- 1 tablespoon plain Greek yogurt
Procedure:
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the shredded chicken to the skillet. Season with garlic powder, paprika, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes until heated through and slightly crispy. Set aside. Slice the avocado into thin strips.
- Lay out the whole wheat tortillas on a clean surface.
- Evenly distribute the cooked chicken in the center of each tortilla. Top with avocado slices.
- Roll the tortillas tightly around the filling to create rolls.
- For extra crispiness, you can briefly toast the rolls in a hot, dry skillet for 1-2 minutes on each side until they are golden brown.
- Slice the rolls into bite-sized pieces.
- Serve with plain Greek yogurt on the side for dipping, if desired.
