Date Nut Green Smoothie

For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 30 grams spinach
- 100 grams (2 small) bananas
- 4-5 pitted dates
- 10 grams almonds
- 10 grams walnuts
- 10 grams chia seeds
- 250 ml almond milk
- 1/2 cup Water (optional, for desired consistency)
Procedure:
- Wash and chop the spinach. Pit the dates. Soak the almonds and walnuts if desired for a smoother texture.
- In a blender, combine the spinach, banana, dates, almonds, walnuts, chia seeds, and almond milk.
- Blend until smooth. Add water if you prefer a thinner consistency.
- Add vanilla extract for extra flavor if desired.
- Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.
