Normal omelette for breakfast can sound boring to the mind. Whereas a flaxseed omelette will give the body the required nutrients. Flaxseed with eggs will make for a fluffy omelette! Ingredients:
- 2 slices of multigrain bread or sourdough
- 2 tablespoon flaxseed, grounded
- 2 egg, whipped
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Procedure:
- Beat the egg, and add salt and pepper.
- Add the grounded flaxseed and mix it together.
- Heat the frying pan with oil.
- Now pour the mixture into the frying pan and cook well.
- Serve it on toast!
