Flaxseed Omlette Toast

Normal omelette for breakfast can sound boring to the mind. Whereas a flaxseed omelette will give the body the required nutrients. Flaxseed with eggs will make for a fluffy omelette! Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of multigrain bread or sourdough
  • 2 tablespoon flaxseed, grounded
  • 2 egg, whipped
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Procedure:

  • Beat the egg, and add salt and pepper.
  • Add the grounded flaxseed and mix it together.
  • Heat the frying pan with oil.
  • Now pour the mixture into the frying pan and cook well.
