Lavender Chamomile Tea

Lavender Chamomile Tea is a calming and aromatic blend of floral flavors, perfect for unwinding and relaxing after a long day.

For a Serving Size of Two:

Ingredients:

  • 300 ml water
  • 1 tablespoon dried chamomile flowers
  • 1 teaspoon dried lavender flowers
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1-2 slices lemon

Procedure:

  • In a pot, bring water to a boil.
  • Once boiling, remove from heat and add chamomile and lavender flowers. Let it steep for 5-7 minutes.
  • Strain the tea into cups and stir in honey if desired.
