Lavender Chamomile Tea

Lavender Chamomile Tea is a calming and aromatic blend of floral flavors, perfect for unwinding and relaxing after a long day.
For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 300 ml water
- 1 tablespoon dried chamomile flowers
- 1 teaspoon dried lavender flowers
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1-2 slices lemon
Procedure:
- In a pot, bring water to a boil.
- Once boiling, remove from heat and add chamomile and lavender flowers. Let it steep for 5-7 minutes.
- Strain the tea into cups and stir in honey if desired.
- Garnish with a slice of lemon for a refreshing touch, and enjoy your Lavender Chamomile Tea warm.
