No Sugar Nutty Squares are deliciously crunchy, nutrient-packed snacks made from a blend of toasted almonds, walnuts, cashews, pistachios, and dates, naturally sweetened without added sugar. These squares are perfect for a quick energy boost and are a satisfying, guilt-free treat.

For a Serving Size of Two:

Ingredients:

  • 15 grams almonds
  • 15 grams walnuts
  • 10 grams cashews
  • 10 grams pistachios
  • 15 grams desiccated coconut
  • 20 grams dates (pitted and soaked in warm water for 10 minutes)
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • A pinch of salt

Procedure:

  • Lightly toast the almonds, walnuts, cashews, and pistachios in a pan over medium heat for about 3-5 minutes until fragrant.
    Allow them to cool slightly.
  • In a food processor, blend the soaked dates until they form a smooth paste.
  • Add the toasted nuts, desiccated coconut, and a pinch of salt. Blend until everything is well combined and forms a sticky dough-like consistency.
  • If the mixture is too dry, add the coconut oil  to help bind it together.
  • Transfer the mixture into a small square pan lined with parchment paper. Press it down firmly to create an even layer.
  • Refrigerate for about 30-45 minutes until the mixture hardens.
    Cut and Serve:
  • Once firm, cut the mixture into small squares and serve.
