- 20 grams green apple( cut into matchsticks)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 20ml coconut water
- 15 grams strawberries

- 5 grams sesame seed
- 5grams poppy seed
- 5 grams chia seed
- 5 grams flaxseed
- 1 teaspoon currants
- 1 teaspoon goji berries

Method:
- Start by taking a frying pan and roast the seeds for 1 minute.
- Take a bowl and add the apple, strawberries, coconut water, lemon juice, yogurt, and honey. Mix well to combine and then add in the roasted seeds.
