Ingredients:
- 100 grams diced cucumber
- 100 grams diced tomatoes
- 100 grams diced carrots
- 50 grams finely chopped red onion
- 50 grams boiled corn kernels
- 50 grams cooked green peas
- 50 grams diced bell pepper (any color)
- 1 small green chili, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon roasted cumin powder
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Procedure:
